India has been helping Afghanistan in a much more productive way just like she is doing in Africa. She has invested more than $3 billion in Afghanistan to rebuild its roads, buildings and other infrastructure. I'm particularly impressed by the India-made Salma Dam, built to provide Afghanistan with hydroelectricity. Unfortunately, the whole investment is going to go down the drain thanks to the mess.
